Clerical Magery

Clerical Magery is treated a little differently to normal Magery, first off all Priests start at Clerical Magery L1 and can advance to Clerical Magery L3 at normal cost for each level. Also Clerical Magery is restricted to only the Spell Colleges allowed by the Diety, though it allows Priests to learn spells from that colleges with out worrying about prerequisites from colleges they have no access to, ie:a priest wishes to learn Suspended Animation but has no access to the Mind Control College would only need the 4 healing spell Prerequisite, though if the priest has access to that college they must learn the prerequisites normally.
